E-Diwali Dhamaka Contest: Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility:
- The Spin the Wheel contest is open to participants residing in India, aged 18 and above.
- Contest Duration:
- The contest will run from 25th October 2024 to 5th November 2024. Nexzu Mobility reserves the right to extend or reduce the contest period at its discretion.
- Prizes and Offers:
- The prizes on the Spin the Wheel are selected randomly and include discounts, free delivery, and complimentary accessories.
- Note: Not all participants may win a discount or prize. Discounts are available for lucky winners only and are subject to availability and discretion of Nexzu Mobility’s management.
- Prize Redemption:
- Winners must redeem their prizes by 6th November 2024. Prizes cannot be redeemed after this date.
- All prizes are valid only for purchases on Nexzu Mobility’s website and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
- Management Discretion:
- Nexzu Mobility reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offers at any time without prior notice.
- The management has final discretion over the prize distribution, and all decisions made are final and binding.
- One Entry per Participant:
- Each participant can spin the wheel once per day. Multiple entries from the same person within a single day may lead to disqualification.
- Fraud Prevention:
- Any fraudulent activity or use of automated systems to participate in the contest will result in disqualification.
- Changes to Terms:
- Nexzu Mobility reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this contest at any time.
